Ā Mental wellbeing awareness is not enough, It is just a small part of the journey to mental wellbeing. I had a nervous breakdown with depression, stroke , and cardiac procedure, I chose to be comfortable in the uncomfortable and to leave ā€œMyā€ depression by stepping out of the comfort zone. Change is painful at times, but not as painful as being stuck in the mental unwellness and not experience the joy of the best gift LIFE. Itā€™s time to break free and step into your power and to the best version of yourself. Remember that life is happening for you not to you. Nothing will change until you change ; your perception, your self-belief, self-discipline, your daily habits, reset your mind and start healthy nutrition. Are you willing to pay the price of fear or regret. You will have to pay one of them, but the choice is yours. Are you feeling happy with yourself, comfortable in your own company?
