The Art of Gratitude is the way to the happiness!

Gratitude is the memory of the Heart.

The word ‘gratitude’ comes from the Latin ‘gratus’, which means ‘to give thanks’.

It indicates the idea of thankfulness, thanksgiving for what we receive, thanksgiving for the gift that is given to us.

Gratitude opens our hearts and opens us to love. It immerses us in the essence of Life, that is, in unconditional love.

Gratitude is the state of grace that allows us to calm our emotions and feel better in our body.

Indeed, when we practice thanksgiving for everything, we immediately feel a positive effect on our mind, our emotions and even our body.

On a psychological level, knowing how to admire small things makes us happier and makes us feel connected and more alive.

On a relational level, gratitude makes us feel less lonely, more humble and we want to give ourselves to others.

When we decide to express gratitude in our lives, whether it is conscious or unconscious, we really begin to take our fate into our own hands in order to live in a real and increasingly stable state of ‘prosperity’.

Gratitude thus becomes a positive emotion that makes us feel good!

Gratitude helps us to contribute to the world in our own way.

Because there is a clean and boundless field of energy… intentions. When we are connected to intentions and find ourselves in a state of gratitude, there is harmony within and around us; we feel inspired and happy, our projects come true, relationships become calm, events work to our advantage.

Even obstacles become the way.

By cultivating the art of thankfulness, we learn to see the possibilities hidden in the cracks of difficulty.

Albert Einstein said that there is an opportunity in the midst of every difficulty. But how can we see them, if we are below the minimum, if we are in no mood and our mind is trapped in a maze of fear?

By combining and activating the energy of gratitude, we can miraculously change our lives.

Gratitude leads us to our purest being.

Joy, love, beauty and admiration are thus ways to noticeably improve the human condition.

By practising the art of thankfulness, we raise our vibration rate and come closer to our true nature.

So why wait to cultivate the art of thankfulness?

Learn to give thanks to the Universe every day for the good it brings us.

Focus on what we have at the moment.

Be in total thankfulness here and now to receive the benefits of life.

Some examples of thankfulness practices to be implemented according to your desires:

  • A Journal of Gratitude

Identify three to five situations each day that have done you good and describe them.

  • Letter of gratitude

Write a letter of gratitude to someone who has had a positive impact on your life. Someone you sincerely want to thank.

  • Meditation of gratitude

  • List 100 things for which you are grateful in your life.
